The FC Wisconsin Junior Academy Program is designed specifically to help players improve technically by mastering specific skills to increase their comfort level on the ball from an early age.

Ages 6-10 is the most important age for skill acquisition and learning movement mechanics. At FC Wisconsin, we provide young athletes these fundamentals in a fun soccer environment designed to teach players the basics and inspire them to love the sport.

FC Wisconsin utilizes a collaborative coaching model with multiple coaches at every practice and game. By improving the coach-to-player ratio, there is immediate, individual feedback to significantly improve a player's overall development. FC Wisconsin coaches use a long-term athlete development training curriculum to ensure developmentally appropriate training sessions and games.

The FC Wisconsin Junior Academy Program provides training and competition opportunities for U6, U7, U8, U9, and U10 players in the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Each program is tailored to the needs of each individual player, and all players learn the fundamentals of athletic movement (agility, balance, and coordination), as well as soccer technique and decision-making (passing, dribbling, shooting, receiving, and defending).

The Junior Academy teams are staffed with professional, licensed coaches who have played and coached at a high level. All instruction focuses on movement mechanics and basic technical skills in a fun and engaging learning environment.
