FC Wisconsin Partners With Street Dreams Soccer Academy

FC Wisconsin is excited to announce a partnership and affiliation with Street Dreams Soccer Academy. This new initiative will provide additional soccer opportunities for players on the south side of Milwaukee. FC Wisconsin will work together with Street Dreams Academy to help implement a curriculum that will enhance development among all players within the program.

This partnership will make FC Wisconsin’s proven development pathway more accessible to players and families within these communities. FC Wisconsin will provide coaching mentorship, on field education for players and coaches, as well as other resources to create an elite pathway for players excelling within the program.

“Having coached three of the founding members of Street Dreams Soccer Academy, I know firsthand how important their community is to them. They are all hugely committed to giving back to their community and making a difference by educating young, aspiring players in the game of soccer. As a club, we are thrilled to be a part of this partnership and look forward to being able to provide more opportunities for the soccer community in this area,” said FC Wisconsin co-director of coaching Ben Shepherd.

Street Dreams Soccer Academy's mission is to provide youth in the city of Milwaukee a soccer experience that inspires leadership, integrity, and service to others through mentorship, guidance, and a family-like culture.

“We are excited about partnering with FC Wisconsin because we will be learning from some the state’s best coaches and because our kids will have the opportunity to develop their skills alongside youth from all around southeastern Wisconsin. We are grateful to continue growing our program while learning from a great club like FC Wisconsin. Our youth’s growth is our priority and we trust that FC Wisconsin is the right club to provide that opportunity,” said Street Dreams Soccer Academy co-founder Favi Gonzalez.

Street Dreams Soccer Academy co-founder Cesar Castillo added, “Partnering with FC Wisconsin is a great step for us as an organization. Players, as well as coaches, will be part of a great soccer atmosphere and it will be an opportunity for kids from different communities to connect and learn about each other.”
