FC Wisconsin Academy Teams to Receive Fitness and Strength Training from the Bayer Performance Institute
Sara Bayer to oversee the FC Wisconsin USSDA Strength and Training Program
Germantown, WI, December 20th, 2013 – FC Wisconsin Nationals is excited to announce that during the winter months its Academy players will receive specialized fitness and strength training from the ‘Bayer Performance Institute’ founded by Sara Bayer.
Bayer, is a graduate from Cardinal Stritch University, where she was a standout basketball player, and team captain from 2003-2005. Sara has helped train the Cardinal Stritch university Men’s Basketball team to a National Championship, the Women’s Basketball team to two Conference titles, as well as making the ‘Elite Eight’, and also helped the Men’s Soccer Team, win Back to back Conference titles as well as compete in the National Tournament in successive years.
Sara’s credentials are as follows:
Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM)
Performance Enhancement Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
M.S. Sport Management (Cardinal Stritch University)
B.A. Political Science & Sociology (Cardinal Stritch University)
