FC Wisconsin will maximize the development of players of all ages by:

(i)                  Structuring, staffing and training with a long term athletic developmental philosophy and methodology;

(ii)                Creating a unifying vision for clubs and coaches; and

(iii)               Providing access to the highest levels of youth competition at each age and both genders
